This even till introduce chidlren to the beauty of the Snow Queen. The Snow Queen (Sneedronningen) is a fairy tale by author Hans Christian Anderson. The five case members of Theater Simple play over 50 characters in the course of the performance where they re-envision an evocatively timeless story of with raucously smart sensibility that speaks to all ages.

The vast majority of children in our area would not be exposed to performance like these, since the cost alone would be out of the reach of the majority of families for both the cost of the ticket and the travel to Portland or Seattle.

Students will be brought in by bus for two 85 minue performance Dec 2 and 3. This grant will subsidize the performance cost and provide scholarships for students who cannot afford the $2 tuition.
