All Aboard will offer opportunities for all Clatsop County youth to pariticpate in cultural programs at the Columbia River Maritime Museum. This project will provide field trip transportation funds for Clatsop County's first through sixth grade classes to visit the museum. The program connects to classroom learning with multi-learning style presentations of museum artifacts that reflect the heritage of the Columbia River. Up to 1,750 children will be impacted.
